New Data Retention Policy for Spreadsheet Uploads
Starting on December 10th, all spreadsheets uploaded to Geocodio's Self-Serve product (Pay-As-You-Go, Self-Serve Unlimited) will be automatically deleted after six (6) weeks.
This means that you need to download any spreadsheets older than 6 weeks before December 10th, as all spreadsheets older than 6 weeks will be permanently deleted on that day. You can download your past spreadsheet uploads from the dashboard.
From December 10th onwards, any newly uploaded spreadsheets will be automatically deleted after 6 weeks.
Please note, spreadsheets that have been turned into a map are exempt from automatic deletion.
Custom retention periods
Unlimited account administrators will have the ability to set a custom spreadsheet data retention period for their accounts that is shorter than 6 weeks. That setting will be available on December 10th.
All users will still have the ability to manually delete spreadsheets sooner. This can be done via the dashboard.
